Stacey + Dustin [Lancaster Session]

This husband + wife photography team has brought their dreams into existence. Stacey + Dustin work side-by-side while photographing weddings, and their personalities compliment each other. After two years of marriage, they display quite a synergy.

I was honored when Stacey asked if I’d shoot photos for their upcoming website and branding. It’s both exciting and slightly nerve-wracking photographing fellow photographers ; ) [Sidenote: I first met Stacey last summer when we happened to be at Panera simultaneously. All of the sudden, a friendly girl walks up to me and introduces herself--thanks to the power of social media and following each other on instagram.]

These two couldn’t be any sweeter; they were best friends for two years at Messiah College before they fell in love. Dustin proposed to Stacey in Washington DC on a romantic picnic, and they’ve been enjoying the journey ever since. Together they love volleyball, tennis, watching Friends (the greatest show!!), enjoying Chick-Fil-A’s scrumptious milkshakes, and deepening their faith in God.

On a foggy winter day, we headed into the woods—one of their favorite places—to capture this time in their lives.
