Keri & Charles [Spring Orchard Wedding]

A spring wedding in an apple orchard? Yes, please! Charles and Keri's wedding was on his family's property: 100 acres of rolling hills and orchards!

At their engagement session, they both exuberantly described the property and vision for their outdoor wedding. It was even more picturesque than I had imagined. Please notice the gorgeous arbor for their ceremony; Charles built that himself! 

Thunderstorms were predicted for the day, so we all held our breath. Thankfully, they had the outdoor ceremony of their dreams, and the storms hit right as we were ending portraits (you can see the moody sky in some of the bride & groom photos.)

Their laid-back wedding reflected their easy-going spirits, and it was a joy to document.
